5 Worst Foods for Arthritis and How to Avoid Them
Arthritis is a condition that affects millions of people and can be exacerbated by certain foods.
Processed foods, refined carbs, fried foods, sugary snacks and red meat can all trigger inflammation in those with arthritis.  To prevent flare-ups and keep symptoms under control, it's best to eat fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains, complex carbs and lean protein.
