My personal experience with Inflammation and Joint Pain
I've had joint pain and inflammation in my fingers for 20 years.  It initially started with an injury and now has progressed.  I have found a regimen that works for me and have been doing it for the past  15 years. There's no one-size fits all solution, but there are some key components that have helped me - like drinking plenty of water every day (and keeping hydrated), taking 2 ounces of Ningxia Red daily, taking Agilease(  healthy cartilage and joint function supplement) daily.  In times when I've over done it, I'll add Sulfurzyme.  I also find that eating more veggies and fruits help.
