Is Cheese good for arthritis?
Cheese is a dairy product that is rich in calcium and protein. Some types of cheese also contain probiotics, which are beneficial bacteria that can promote gut health. Probiotics are thought to help reduce inflammation, which is a common symptom of arthritis. Cheese is also a source of saturated fat, which has been shown to help reduce inflammation in people with arthritis. In addition, cheese contains conjugated linoleic acid, which is a type of fat that has anti-inflammatory properties. Therefore, cheese may help to reduce the symptoms of arthritis. However, it is important to choose cheese that is low in salt and saturated fat, as too much salt can worsen the symptoms of arthritis.

Meet Maria Custode

For years, I was running on empty—long hours, low energy, poor sleep, and a body that just wasn’t responding the way it used to.
I finally realized… it wasn’t about trying harder. It was about supporting my body differently.

Now, I focus on what actually works:
more energy, better sleep, less inflammation, and a lifestyle I can sustain.
And I help other women over 40 do the same—without extremes or quick fixes.

Because this chapter isn’t about slowing down…
it’s about finally feeling like yourself again.

If you’re feeling off or stuck, I’m always happy to share what’s been working for me 💛
