What foods to eliminate if you have arthritis.....
Arthritis is a problem with the joints that affects millions of people. If you have it, you need to be careful about what you eat. You should not eat processed meats, tomatoes and potatoes, fried foods, or saturated fats. You also should not eat any food that has purines - like shellfish and organ meats. These can make your arthritis worse by causing more uric acid in your body. Some people think that it might help to stop eating dairy products too because they have proteins that can cause inflammation in the joints.

Here is the link to what I use to manage my inflammation.

Meet Maria Custode

For years, I was running on empty—long hours, low energy, poor sleep, and a body that just wasn’t responding the way it used to.
I finally realized… it wasn’t about trying harder. It was about supporting my body differently.

Now, I focus on what actually works:
more energy, better sleep, less inflammation, and a lifestyle I can sustain.
And I help other women over 40 do the same—without extremes or quick fixes.

Because this chapter isn’t about slowing down…
it’s about finally feeling like yourself again.

If you’re feeling off or stuck, I’m always happy to share what’s been working for me 💛
