Are eggs good for arthritis?
Arthritis is a general term for a group of degenerative diseases that cause joint inflammation and pain. There are many different types of arthritis, but rheumatoid arthritis is one of the most common. While there is no cure for rheumatoid arthritis, there are many treatments that can help to relieve symptoms and improve quality of life. Some people believe that eggs may be beneficial for arthritis sufferers, as they are a good source of protein and omega-3 fatty acids. However, there is no scientific evidence to support this claim. In fact, some studies have shown that eggs may actually increase the risk of rheumatoid arthritis. For example, one study found that women who ate more than two eggs per week were nearly four times more likely to develop rheumatoid arthritis than women who ate less than one egg per week. Therefore, it is best to speak with a doctor before making dietary changes in an attempt to manage arthritis symptoms.

Meet Maria Custode

For years, I was running on empty—long hours, low energy, poor sleep, and a body that just wasn’t responding the way it used to.
I finally realized… it wasn’t about trying harder. It was about supporting my body differently.

Now, I focus on what actually works:
more energy, better sleep, less inflammation, and a lifestyle I can sustain.
And I help other women over 40 do the same—without extremes or quick fixes.

Because this chapter isn’t about slowing down…
it’s about finally feeling like yourself again.

If you’re feeling off or stuck, I’m always happy to share what’s been working for me 💛
