Arthritis is when your bones hurt. People with arthritis should eat different foods than people without arthritis. Doctors say that people with arthritis should not eat processed meats, fried foods, sugary drinks, white breads and pastas, red meat, or processed cheese products. Alcohol is also bad for people with arthritis. It might be hard to change what you eat, but there are lots of healthy options if you look for them.
